Retreats and Conferences
Two or three times a year we take a couple of days to break our regular routines and get away to spend some extra time growing in our faith. Whether it is a weekend retreat at Streator Baptist Camp, a DNOW weekend in Wilmington, or the Ignite Conference in Oswego, we always have a ton of fun, learn a lot, and build friendships.
Mission Trips!
Each summer we hop into a van(s) and head off to to do a variety of PCY (painting, construction, and yardwork) in a variety of places. These trips are for students who have completed the 7th grade and we have gone to many different places: Chattanooga, Nashville, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Madison, Louisville and more. We typically leave on a Sunday or Monday and return on Friday or Monday. This is a favorite event each year.
